Printable Publishing is a digital marketplace where you can purchase high-quality printable goods directly from independent creators. Whether you’re looking for beautifully designed coloring books, activity sheets, planners, or creative resources, we want you to have a positive and seamless shopping experience.

 

Please read this policy to understand your rights and responsibilities as a buyer. This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By shopping on Printable Publishing, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Understanding Printable Publishing’s Role as a Marketplace

 

Printable Publishing provides a platform for buyers to discover and purchase digital products from independent sellers. It is important to note that Printable Publishing is not directly involved in the transactions between buyers and sellers. By shopping on Printable Publishing, you understand that:

  1. You are purchasing directly from an independent Partner, not from Printable Publishing.

  2. Printable Publishing does not pre-screen digital products and therefore does not guarantee or endorse any items sold or any content posted by Partners (such as listing descriptions, images, or shop policies).

  3. Each Partner on Printable Publishing sets their own pricing, and delivery methods for digital files.

  4. You assume responsibility for downloading and printing the files correctly according to the given specifications.

If you believe a product or seller violates our policies, you may report it to our support team. Reports remain confidential.

 

2. Communicating with Partners

Buyers can communicate with Partners using the platform’s messaging system to ask questions or request information about a product before purchase. However, messages may not be used for:

  1. Sending unsolicited advertisements, promotions, or spam.

  2. Harassing or abusing another member.

  3. Contacting a Partner after they have explicitly asked you not to.

  4. Requesting personal contact details for transactions outside the platform.

  5. Discussing methods of avoiding platform fees or making unauthorized transactions.

 

Always exercise caution when sharing personal information necessary for order fulfillment.

Interfering with another Partner's business is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  1. Posting negative comments about a shop in public areas with the intent to damage their reputation.

  2. Purchasing an item solely to leave a negative review.

  3. Encouraging others to leave false reviews or complaints.

3. Purchasing Digital Items

When you purchase from a Partner on Printable Publishing, you are directly supporting an independent creator. By completing a transaction, you agree that you have:

  1. Read and understood the product description before purchasing.

  2. Submitted appropriate payment for the digital product.

  3. Ensured your device and software are compatible with the digital file format.

  4. Downloaded and backed up the files within the allowed access period.

4. Leaving a Review

Reviews help other buyers make informed decisions and provide valuable feedback to Partners. You may leave a review, including a star rating and a comment, within 100 days of purchase.

Reviews must not:

  1. Contain offensive, obscene, or hateful language.

  2. Include misleading or false information.

  3. Reference issues outside the seller’s control (e.g., printing quality affected by the buyer’s printer settings).

  4. Violate any of Printable Publishing’s policies.

Partners may respond to reviews but must also adhere to these guidelines.

5. Creating and Uploading Content

Buyers who leave reviews agree that their content:

  1. Does not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate material.

  2. Does not violate intellectual property rights.

  3. Is not misleading or deceptive.

  4. Complies with Printable Publishing’s policies and Terms of Use.

6. Reporting a Problem with an Order

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided once a file has been downloaded. However, buyers may request assistance from the Partner if:

  1. The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.

  2. The product does not match the description or preview images.

  3. The file is missing elements that were included in the product description.

If the Partner is unresponsive, buyers may contact Printable Publishing’s support team for resolution. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Buyers may request an order cancellation before downloading the file. Cancellations after a file has been downloaded are not permitted. If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may be entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off period.” However, by downloading a digital file, you acknowledge that you waive this right.
