PARTNER POLICY
This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use.

1. Partner Eligibility and Account Requirements
​
To sell on our marketplace, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By creating a Partner account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals access your account.

2. Permitted Products
​
Our marketplace exclusively allows the sale of digital books, including coloring books, activity books, dot-to-dot books and other similar items. Partners must ensure that all products comply with copyright laws and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Unauthorized, plagiarized, or copied content is strictly prohibited. Each listing must include an accurate and complete description of the product, including format, size, and usage rights. 3. Product Quality and Standards

All digital products must be high quality and delivered in a format that ensures usability for customers. Files must be free of errors, watermarks, or other obstructions that would impact customer satisfaction. Listings must include clear previews of the product where applicable and detailed descriptions to ensure customers understand what they are purchasing. It is the Partner's responsibility to verify that their products are accessible and properly formatted. Please read our "Listing Requirements" for more information.

4. Pricing and Transactions
​
Partners set their own prices for their digital products. All transactions on the marketplace must be conducted through the platform’s payment system. Direct sales or attempts to bypass the platform’s transaction process are prohibited. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Partner, and Partners must comply with tax laws in their jurisdiction. Please read our "Fees & Payments Policy" for more information.

5. Customer Support and Refunds
​
Partners must provide prompt and professional customer support for their products. If a customer reports an issue with a digital product, the Partner is responsible for resolving it. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not allowed unless required by law. However, Partners must address disputes in good faith and may offer replacements or corrections where necessary.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing
​
By listing a product, the Partner affirms that they hold the rights to distribute the digital content. If using third-party assets, the Partner must ensure they have the proper licenses and permissions. Partners must clearly state the permitted usage rights of their products in their listings. Any claims of intellectual property infringement will be investigated, and violating listings may be removed without notice.
7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, consumer protection, and data privacy laws. Any content that violates legal regulations or marketplace policies will be removed, and the Partner's account may be suspended or terminated.
8. Prohibited Content and Activities

Partners may not list or sell content that includes illegal, offensive, or misleading material. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, explicit content, or deceptive advertising. Any attempts to manipulate reviews, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate platform policies may result in immediate account termination. 9. Marketplace Fees and Payouts
The marketplace may charge transaction fees, listing fees, or commission fees as outlined in the "Fees & Payments Policy". Payouts will be processed according to the marketplace’s schedule, and Partners must provide accurate payment details to receive earnings. The marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
The marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Partner account that violates these policies. Partners will be notified of any policy violations and given the opportunity to address the issue when applicable. In cases of severe or repeated violations, immediate suspension may occur without prior notice.
11. Policy Updates and Changes
This Partner Policy may be updated periodically. Partners will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Partner's responsibility to review the policy regularly and ensure ongoing compliance.
