Since these are customized and instantly accessible, our policies reflect the unique nature of these products. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital and Print-on-Demand Products
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital downloads or Print-on-Demand (POD) items.

Digital Files: Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned. Unlike physical goods, digital files are instantly accessible, and we cannot revoke access or verify that the product is unused. Therefore, all sales of digital products are final.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: POD products are custom-made specifically for each order. Since they are printed and shipped by third-party fulfillment services, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please review the product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out before completing your order.
2. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We understand that technical issues may occasionally arise. If you experience problems accessing your digital file, or if you receive a corrupt, incorrect, or incomplete download, we are happy to assist you.
Valid Reasons for a Replacement or Refund:

Corrupt or Unusable File: If your digital file does not open, is incomplete, or is corrupted, we will provide a working replacement file at no additional cost.

Incorrect File Sent: If you receive the wrong digital file due to an error on our part, we will send you the correct file. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.

Defective Print-on-Demand Product: If a POD item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please provide clear photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with the fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.
To request a replacement or refund under these circumstances, please contact your seller with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A detailed description of the issue
✔ Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots for digital files, photos for POD items)
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to find a suitable resolution.
3. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 to 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Digital Product Refunds: If a refund is authorized, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Print-on-Demand Product Refunds: If a refund is issued for a defective POD item, the refund will cover the full cost of the product, including any applicable shipping fees.
Please note: Once a refund is processed, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may arise where an order needs to be canceled. However, since our products include instant digital downloads and custom-made POD items, cancellations are only possible in specific circumstances.
5. Eligibility for Order Cancellation
A transaction may be canceled under the following conditions:
✔ Payment Not Received: If the payment was unsuccessful due to a failed transaction, chargeback, or canceled payment, the order will be automatically voided.
✔ Buyer Requests Cancellation Before Order is Processed: If a customer contacts us before the order is processed (for POD products) or before downloading a digital file, we may allow a cancellation with a full refund.
✔ Seller-Initiated Cancellations: If we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once an order has been processed, printed, or downloaded, cancellations are not possible.
6. How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact your seller directly with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A brief reason for the cancellation request
If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
