FEES & PAYOUTS

This Fees & Payouts Policy outlines the applicable fees, commissions, and payout structures for vendors ("Partners") selling digital products on Printable Publishing. This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Use. By uploading digital products to our platform, Partners agree to comply with this policy.

All fees stated in this policy are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) or any similar taxes that may apply. See Section 6 – Taxes for further details. All fees, including prepaid fees, are non-refundable.

1. Vendor Subscription Plans & Fees

 

1.1 Subscription Plans

 

Partners can choose from four different subscription plans, each offering varying levels of listings, commissions, and marketing support.

Partners may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Subscription Renewal & Downgrade Policy

 

If a Partner does not renew their subscription before the end of their current billing cycle, their account will automatically revert to the Starter Plan, which has a listing limit of 10 products and a 5% commission per sale.

 

When a Partner downgrades from a paid plan (Pro, Growth, or Elite) to the Starter Plan, their active product listings will be impacted as follows:

  1. Listings Above the Starter Plan Limit Will Be Deactivated

    • If a Partner previously had more than 10 active listings, the system will automatically deactivate excess listings until only 10 remain visible.

    • Deactivated listings will be stored in the Partner's account and can be reactivated if the Partner upgrades again.

    • The deactivated listings will not be available for purchase or appear in search results until they are reactivated.

  2. How Deactivated Listings Are Selected

    • The oldest or lowest-performing listings (based on sales data and traffic) may be prioritized for deactivation.

    • Alternatively, Partners may have the option to manually choose which listings remain active before the downgrade takes effect.

  3. Reactivating Listings After a Downgrade

    • If a Partner upgrades back to a paid plan, their previously deactivated listings can be restored automatically.

    • If the Partner remains on the Starter Plan but wishes to swap active listings, they may manually deactivate one listing to activate another within the 10-listing limit.

  4. Grace Period Before Downgrade Takes Effect

    • Printable Publishing may offer a 7-day grace period after a subscription expires to allow Partners to renew their plan without interruption.

    • During this period, all listings remain active, but if the subscription is not renewed by the end of the grace period, excess listings will be deactivated automatically.

Partners will receive automated email reminders before expiration.

​The notification will include an option to renew or upgrade their plan to prevent deactivation.

​

2. Commission Fees & Transaction Costs

 

2.1 Commission Fees

 

Commission fees are applied only to Partners on the Starter and Pro Plans:

​

  • Starter Plan: 5% commission per sale

  • Pro Plan: 2% commission per sale

  • Growth & Elite Plans: No commission fees

The commission is automatically deducted before payout and applies to the total sale price, including any applicable taxes.

​

2.2 Payment Processing Fees

 

All transactions are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which may charge additional payment processing fees based on the Partner’s bank account location. These fees are automatically deducted by the payment processor and are separate from Printable Publishing’s fees.

 

Partners should review Stripe and PayPal’s respective terms for applicable fees based on their region.

 

2.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If a chargeback occurs, the Partner will be responsible for any fees imposed by PayPal.

  • Chargebacks may result in payout holds until the dispute is resolved.

  • Any disputed transactions must be reported within 10 days to the Printable Publishing Service Center.

3. Payouts

 

3.1 Eligibility for Payouts

 

To receive payouts, Partners must:

  • Be approved as a vendor on the marketplace.

  • Have a valid PayPal account linked to their Partner profile.

  • Remain in compliance with Printable Publishing’s Partner Policy and Terms of Use.

 

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in payout holds or account suspension.

 

3.2 Payout Structure

  • Commission fees (if applicable) are deducted before payout.

  • Payouts are processed automatically via PayPal.

3.3 Payout Schedule

​

Standard payouts are processed within 10 days of a completed sale.

​

  • Payouts may be delayed due to:

    • Order verification and fraud prevention reviews.

    • Bank processing times and national holidays.

    • Compliance reviews or disputes.

​

Partners are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account information is accurate and up to date.

Printable Publishing is not liable for payout failures caused by incorrect account details.

 

4. Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

 

4.1 Refund Processing

​​

  • If a refund is processed by Printable Publishing at the request of the Partner, the refund amount will be deducted from the Partner’s next payout.

  • Refunds requested by the customer directly through PayPal or Stripe are subject to their respective dispute resolution policies.

4.2 Chargebacks

​

  • If a chargeback is initiated by a customer, the Partner will be responsible for any associated chargeback fees imposed by PayPal.

  • Chargebacks may result in temporary payout holds while under review.

 

4.3 Dispute Resolution

​

  • Partners must report disputes related to payouts, refunds, or chargebacks within 10 days to the Printable Publishing Service Center.

  • If Printable Publishing determines that a chargeback was unjustified, the Partner may regain the disputed amount in their next payout.

 

5. Currency Conversion

​

  • All product listings are priced in EURO (€).

  • If the Partner’s payout currency differs from EURO, funds will be converted to their local currency at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

  • A 2.5% currency conversion fee may apply to all non-EURO payouts, as determined by the payment processor.

 

6. Taxes & Regulatory Compliance

 

6.1 Partner Tax Responsibility

  • Partners are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations related to their sales.

  • Printable Publishing does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Partners, unless legally required to do so.

  • Partners may need to submit tax-related documents before receiving payouts, depending on the legal requirements of their region.

  • Partners are solely responsible for including applicable taxes in the sales price

 

6.2 VAT Collection & Remittance

​

  • Printable Publishing is required to collect VAT on the sale of digital products where applicable.

  • The VAT amount is automatically calculated and displayed to the buyer at checkout.

  • Partners receive the full sale amount, including VAT, but the VAT will then be deducted from their balance for remittance to the tax authorities.

  • VAT breakdowns will be visible in the Partner’s payment account.

 

6.3 Other Governmental Fees & Levies

 

Certain jurisdictions may require Printable Publishing to collect and remit additional fees, charges, or levies on digital products. Where applicable, these amounts will be charged to buyers at checkout and will not impact the Partner’s revenue.

 

7. Marketplace Reporting & Compliance

​

  • Where legally required, Printable Publishing will report Partner earnings and personal details to relevant governmental authorities.

  • Printable Publishing will not disclose personal or financial information to third parties unless legally required to do so.

 

8. Policy Updates & Changes

​

  • Printable Publishing reserves the right to modify this Fees & Payouts Policy at any time.

  • Changes will be communicated via email or through the marketplace dashboard.

  • Partners who continue using the platform after policy updates acknowledge and accept the revised terms.
