Our sellers operate globally, offering a diverse range of digital books, including coloring books, activity books, and dot-to-dot books. To ensure a safe and trustworthy platform, we implement content moderation policies that align with our mission and values. We are committed to enforcing these policies consistently to protect our community, enhance user experience, and uphold the integrity of our platform.

 

We take user safety and well-being seriously by leveraging human oversight, policy frameworks, and technological tools to detect and remove harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content. Our moderation strategy relies on proactive monitoring, rapid response to violations, and continuous policy updates in collaboration with industry experts and regulatory bodies.

 

2. Policies Governing Content

 

By using our platform, all users agree to abide by our content policies. "Your Content" includes listings, messages, reviews, images, videos, and any other material posted using our services. Failure to comply with these policies may result in enforcement actions, including content removal, account suspension, or termination.

The following policies, among others, apply to content posted on our platform:

  • Seller Policy – Outlines seller responsibilities, including listing accuracy and ethical conduct.

  • Buyer Policy – Governs buyer interactions and expectations.

  • Prohibited Use Policy – Specifies content that is not allowed, including illegal, harmful, or misleading items.

  • Listing Requirements – Ensures originality and compliance with our quality guidelines.

  • Anti-Discrimination Policy – Prohibits content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

  • Community Policy – Establishes respectful engagement standards.

  • Intellectual Property Policy – Protects against copyright and trademark infringement.

 

If we determine that a user or their content violates these policies or our Terms of Use, we may take actions such as deactivating content, restricting visibility, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users. In most cases, we will notify the affected user, except where repeated violations or legal reasons prevent disclosure.

3. Detection of Violating Content

 

We identify and address policy violations through multiple mechanisms, including:

​

  • User Reports – Users can report content via the "Report" function available on listings and other platform areas.

  • Regulatory Reports – We cooperate with government agencies to identify and remove unlawful content.

  • Automated Detection – Our technology scans listings and communications to flag potential violations for further review.

  • Internal Monitoring – Our moderation team proactively reviews content to ensure compliance with policies.

4. Enforcement Actions

When content is found to be in violation of our policies, we may take one or more of the following actions based on the severity and frequency of the violation:

  • Content Removal – Listings, messages, or reviews may be deactivated or restricted.

  • Warning Notices – Users may receive formal warnings for first-time or minor violations.

  • Account Restrictions – Temporary restrictions may be placed on user accounts or seller payouts.

  • Suspensions – Accounts with repeated or severe violations may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

  • Permanent Bans – In cases of egregious violations, we may permanently terminate accounts and prohibit future use of our platform.

5. Appeals Process

 

We recognize that moderation decisions may occasionally be disputed due to policy updates, enforcement errors, or exceptional circumstances. Users impacted by enforcement actions may submit an appeal.

 

Listing Appeals

​

If a listing has been removed, the seller may be eligible to appeal. The appeal process and criteria for reinstatement will be outlined in the notification sent to the seller.

 

Account Appeals

​

Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended due to violations.

​

  • Temporary Suspensions: Users will receive an email detailing the reason for suspension and steps to resolve the issue. The suspension will remain in effect until compliance is achieved.

  • Permanent Suspensions: Affected users will receive an email specifying the permanent nature of the suspension. Appeals may be considered if the user can demonstrate that the violation has been addressed. Appeals must be submitted within six months of the suspension date.

 

We reserve the right to deny appeals if the violation is deemed severe or if the request falls outside the appeal window.

6. Continuous Improvement

 

We continuously refine our moderation approach to adapt to emerging risks and regulatory changes. Our commitment includes improving automated detection, enhancing human review processes, and engaging with industry experts to ensure fair, transparent, and effective enforcement.
