How to download your digital book

When buying a coloring book a link for downloading is sent to your email and the files are available for download once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. 

You'll find the link to download your files in the receipt email that is sent to you after the purchase. 

Troubleshooting download issues for your digital coloring book

If you're having trouble downloading your digital coloring book, here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:

• Download not starting?  Your web browser may be blocking the download. Try disabling any non-standard add-ons, such as ad blockers or toolbars, and attempt the download again.

• File corrupted?  If your computer says the file is corrupted, delete it and try downloading it again. If the issue persists, reach out to our customer service for assistance.

• Can't open the file?  If your computer doesn’t recognize the PDF format, you may need to install a compatible program.

Requesting a Refund or Cancellation for a Digital Item

Digital downloads are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased.

This policy is stated in our Terms & Conditions.
